Daily mindfulness practices offered

Kizmet Adams, well-being coordinator in the human resources department, will offer a daily mindfulness practice to help people manage stress and feel more focused.  Every day at 9 a.m., she will lead participants through a short (less than 10 minute) mindfulness practice that will help them throughout the day.

Have children at home? Have them join in! What a great skill for them to learn.

There are several ways to join via Zoom (limited to 300 people):

  • You can join using a computer, tablet, or iPad by clicking on  Join using your browser and you will not need to download Zoom.
  • You can also join using the Zoom mobile app.  You can click on the link above in your phone, and you will be prompted to get the free Zoom mobile app.
  • You can use your phone and call in by dialing 1-301-715-8592 and entering the meeting ID:  246 032 955.
