Dawgs for Haiti expands its efforts

Dawgs for Haiti has passed its fundraising goal of $50,000 for earthquake relief in Haiti. And now the group plans to expand its efforts to help the Caribbean country.

“Because there are still so many events planned on campus, our campaign is evolving as well, we are pledging an additional $50,000 to reconstruction and development efforts through Oxfam International.” said Stephen Dorner, executive director of Volunteer UGA.

The Dawgs for Haiti campaign will run through the end of February.
