To better serve the UGA community and make good use of resources, the EITS Help Desk will change its hours, effective Feb. 26.
The new hours will be Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday 1 to 7 p.m. The Help Desk will close on Saturdays.
The change in hours will ensure the Help Desk has the most staff available to assist students, faculty and staff during times of peak call volume, which is usually during the week.
