Bond, facilities manager II, College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences-Physical Plant, 23 years, 7 months; Laura B. Boswell, business manager III, Franklin College of Arts and Sciences-Hugh Hodgson School of Music, 29 years, 9 months; Daphne S. Byler, child development aide I, College of Family and Consumer Sciences-Child and Family Development Center, 19 years; Judy L. Jackson, senior accounting technician, Auxiliary Services-finance, 14 years, 10 months; Richard A. Martin, senior public service associate, Public Service and Outreach-Small Business Development Center, 12 years, 6 months; Kimberly A. Momeyer, health records technician, University Health Center-registration and health information, 20 years; Elsa E. Ponce, building services worker II, University Housing-Facilities-Building Services, 18 years, 10 months; Colleen M.
