Twenty employees who are either new supervisors or aspiring supervisors in Finance and Administration were recognized for completing a new training series, the Certificate Program in the Foundations of Leadership and Management, at a recent graduation ceremony in Phi Kappa Hall. The concept for the program was developed by the Finance and Administration Diversity Committee as part of the division’s overall staff development program. A second cohort of 20 participants
is enrolled in the program this spring.
