Staff at the UGA golf course are offering a discounted golf school for UGA faculty, staff and their spouses. The fee is $99, payable by cash or check. Classes will be held at the UGA practice facility from 5-6 p.m. on Oct. 10, Oct. 17,
Oct. 24, Oct. 31, Nov. 7 and Nov. 14.
Men and women of all playing abilities are welcome. The school includes six hours of PGA professional instruction with range balls. Sessions will focus on all areas of the golf game with a special emphasis on application of proper practice techniques to speed up the learning process. Video analysis will accompany the golf school; training aids will be used and provided. Golf clubs can be provided upon request.
