Art school faculty member wins national design competition

Moon Jang, associate professor of graphic design in the Lamar Dodd School of Art, won a national design competition, the Print Regional Design Award, with her editorial design for the American Craft Inquiry Volume 1, Issue 2.

Jang’s winning work will be featured in the all-new HOW + Print book The Best of Design scheduled to be released this summer and in an online gallery at printmag.com. Thousands of art directors, creative professionals and studios not only enter the RDA every year, but also look to it to find the country’s top talent. The RDA collects the best designs from every state across the U.S.

Jang worked as the creative director and designer for American Craft Inquiry, Volume 1, Issue 2 published by the American Craft Council in June 2018.
