The 2005 Latino conference is scheduled for June 6-7 at the Georgia Center for Continuing Education on “Finding Solutions: Latinos and the Socioeconomic Development of the Southeast.” The conference will include a refereed poster exhibit to showcase current research, outreach and best practices related to the conference theme.
Proposals for posters are being accepted through April 20. Details are available on the conference Web site, www.uga.edu/outreach/artman/publish/Latinos_05.shtml, along with the conference registration brochure and agenda.
