Bartlett, county secretary, Cooperative Extension Service–Northeast district, 15 years/2 months; Harriett G. Church, project director, Division of Academic Enhancement, 23 years/6 months; Edwin Linton Dixon Jr., grants officer, Office of the Vice President for Research, 10 years/4 months; Leon E. Minish, brick mason I, masons and plasterers shop, 8 years; Patricia A. Miolen, county extension program assistant IV, Cooperative Extension Service–Northwest district, 21 years/9 months; Annette O. Payne, senior accounting assistant, expenditure control department, 15 years/8 months; –Andrew F. Pendley, agricultural research coordinator I, entomology research group–Georgia Experiment Station, 28 years/3 months; Keith William Prasse, dean, veterinary medicine, 32 years/8 months; Beverlee B.
