New fitness classes, programs

The Ramsey Student Center will host Group Fitness Free Week Aug. 15-21 for members to try some of the more than 130 group fitness classes for free. Classes include cycle, yoga, step, kickboxing, Bodypump, Bodyattack and Zumba.

New group fitness classes for the fall include “PiYo,” a fusion style mind/body class that incorporates balance, strength and functional training and emphasizes the athleticism of Pilates, yoga and dance conditioning; “Hip Hop Hustle,” a high-energy cardio dance class that focuses on continuous movement through easy-to-learn moves that are hip and edgy; and R.I.P.P.E.D.-The One Stop Body
