The Teaching Academy will launch a new Lunch and Learn series Nov. 14 at noon in Memorial Hall. The first session, “Teaching in the Large Classroom,” is a discussion on how to promote active learning in sizable classes. Peggy Brickman, biology, Janet Frick, psychology, and Marcus Fechheimer, cellular biology, will facilitate the discussion. There will be no lecture or formal presentation.
