Open enrollment for health, dental and life insurance as well as other employee benefits will be in effect until 5 p.m., Nov. 2. Employees may enroll, change or cancel dependents and coverage for benefits including long term disability, optional retirement plan, accidental death and dismemberment, as well as medical and dependent care spending accounts. Any changes made become effective Jan. 1, when the new rates take effect. A new health insurance option has become available, a high deductible PPO plan.
