PPO phone survey

Representatives from A.L. Burruss Research Institute at Kennesaw State University are conducting a telephone survey of University System of Georgia employees and retirees for the board of regents.

The telephone survey randomly selects employees and retirees enrolled in the 2005 PPO/PPO consumer choice healthcare plan. Current plans call for the survey, which began Sept. 12, to be completed in mid-October.

Survey topics include questions about the provider network, provider care, overall member satisfaction with the plan and member understanding of the PPO/PPO consumer choice plan design.

Telephone interviews of participants are being done from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. weekdays. Selected participants will be contacted at their home phone numbers.

The telephone survey should only take a few minutes to complete. Although participation in the survey is optional, any feedback provided will be appreciated.
