70 books.

Volume IV focuses on the countries and regions to which the author has returned time and again in his research, and their development during a 45-year period.
The Dean Rusk Professor of International Relations and head of the department of international affairs at UGA, Wiarda is also a senior scholar at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, D.C. He has taught at some of the nation’s leading universities and conducted policy work in the state and defense departments as well as for think tanks in the nation’s capital.
