The Teachers Retirement System is proposing a change in the rate used to calculate service purchases. TRS’ board of trustees plans to vote on this proposal at its Nov. 16 meeting, which will take place at 10:30 a.m. in the TRS conference room, Suite 100 on the first floor of the Beta Building, 2 Northside 75 in Atlanta.
