Somanath Shenoy elected Fellow

Somanath Shenoy, an associate professor in the College of Pharmacy, was elected a Fellow of the American Heart Association’s Council on Atherosclerosis Thrombosis and Vascular Biology.

Shenoy is a biomedical scientist with specialization in molecular cell signaling. In general, he is interested in characterization of signaling pathways and identification of therapeutic targets utilizing cellular and pre-clinical models for prostate cancer, pulmonary hypertension and vascular permeability research.
