The Handbook of Human Resource Management in Government, edited by Stephen E. Condrey, faculty member with the Carl Vinson Institute of Government, has won the 2005 award for best public sector human resource management book. The award was presented by the Section on Personnel Administration and Labor Relations of the American Society for Public Administration.
