UGA Tate Student Center Theater announces fall movie schedule

Athens, Ga. – The University of Georgia University Union Student Programming Board has announced the fall movie schedule for the Tate Student Center Theater through Oct. 7.

Dates, titles and times of the movies are as follows:

8/23-Back to the Future (1985), 8 p.m.
8/24-26-21 Jump Street (2012), 3 p.m., 6 p.m., 9 p.m.
8/30-2001: A Space Odyssey (1968), 8 p.m.
8/31 and 9/2-Men In Black 3 (2012), 3 p.m., 6 p.m., 9 p.m.
9/6-The Fifth Element (1997), 8 p.m.
9/7-9-The Avengers (2012), 3 p.m., 6 p.m., 9 p.m.
9/13-Hedwig and the Angry Inch (2001), 8 p.m.
9/14 and 9/16-The Cabin in the Woods (2012), 3 p.m., 6 p.m., 9 p.m.
9/20-Last of the Mohicans (1992), 8 p.m.
9/21 and 9/23-Snow White and the Huntsman (2012), 3 p.m., 6 p.m., 9 p.m.
9/27-Zoolander (2001), 8 p.m.
9/28 and 9/30-Brave (2012), 3 p.m., 6 p.m., 9 p.m.
10/4-In the Mood for Love (2000), 8 p.m.
10/5-7-The Amazing Spiderman (2012), 3 p.m., 6 p.m., 9 p.m.

Admission is $1 for students with valid UGACards who pay activity fees on the Athens campus and $2 for non-students.

Students who serve on the executive board of the cinematic arts division of University Union select the films that will be shown at the Tate Student Center Theater. The University Union Student Programming Board is a registered student organization within UGA’s division of student affairs.

The remainder of the fall schedule will be announced in late September.
