Archie Carroll
Archie B. Carroll, professor emeritus of management in the Terry College of Business, recently received the “2017 Best Paper Finalist Award” from the journal Business & Society.
Titled “The Institutionalization of Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting,” the article was published in Business & Society in 2017. It was co-authored with Kareem Shabana, who earned a doctorate in strategic management from UGA in 2008 and is now on the faculty of Central Connecticut State University, and the late Ann K. Buchholtz, former Terry College professor.
The award was presented at the annual meeting of the Academy of Management in Chicago.
