Jeff Humphreys, director of UGA’s Selig Center for Economic Growth, was quoted in a Detroit Free Press story about the people and companies who are managing to do well during the economic crisis.
“We call bad times bad times for a reason,” said Humphreys. “Most companies don’t do well. There are always exceptions.”
