UGA Night at Six Flags

UGA will host the 11th annual UGA Night at Six Flags Over Georgia April 11. University students, faculty, staff, alumni and their families will have exclusive access to the theme park from 5 p.m. until midnight.

This year, the park will open to the general public at 10:30 a.m., and UGA Night ticket holders may get in as early as they like. At 5 p.m., only UGA Night ticket holders will be permitted to remain.

Adeline Kenerly, Miss UGA 2014, and EmmaKate Few, Miss UGA Outstanding Teen 2014, are scheduled to perform. Live entertainment from several UGA student groups and other performers also will be featured.

Tickets may be purchased at the Tate Student Center cashier window or online at http://tate.uga.edu. Tickets are $30. UGA students receive a $5 discount. Tickets sold at the gate are $35. UGA students must purchase their tickets at the Tate Center cashier window to receive the discount price.

All ticket purchasers will receive a voucher for a free return visit on June 1, 8 or 15.

Parking is free, and children 2 and younger will be admitted without charge.

A limited number of bus passes are available at a cost of $10 for students and $20 for non-students.

UGA Night at Six Flags is sponsored by UGA Student Affairs and the University Union Student Programming Board and is supported by the UGA Alumni Association.
