The University Woman’s Club will meet March 13 at 10 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall of Central Presbyterian Church, 380 Alps Road. Peter Dale, executive chef for The National, will speak about how to buy local and sustainable food. The Woman’s Club will also hold a scholarship event, Picnic with Panache, March 31 from
11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center.
Tickets are $20 per person or $10 per UWC member. Tickets can be purchased at the March 13 meeting or by contacting Marilyn Martin at 706-310-0444.
