All UGA employees should view the Auto Coverage and Safety Training video by April 1, as requested by the state’s Department of Administrative Services.
According to a year-end review from DOAS Risk Management, out of a recorded 9,300 UGA employees, only 3,999 have registered as having viewed the video. DOAS Risk Management is requesting 100 percent participation from all UGA employees.
To view the video:
• Go to www.doas.georgia.gov
• Click on “Risk Management Services”
• Click on “Auto Liability Safety Video”
• Complete the acknowledgement form verifying you have seen the video.
• Select “Regent, Board of” as parent agency.
• Under division, put UGA.
To verify that an employee has viewed the video, DOAS has provided two reports:
•A PDF format (http://www.busfin.uga.edu/administrative/AutoCoverage.pdf) for those who watched the video before Aug. 8, 2007.
•A link (http://doasrrms.wufoo.com/reports/auto-coverage-video-response/) available from the DOAS Web site. The UGA Risk Management site also has links to both the video and verification reports.
