Web site redesign seminar

A series of three free lunch-and-learn Web seminars, entitled “Web Site Redesign Boot Camp: What You Need to Know Before Jumping into a Re-design Project, ” will be offered from 1–2 p.m. Feb. 19–21 at 314 Sanford Hall in the Terry College of Business.

Sponsored by DWEEBS, on-campus Web masters, the series aims to help participants get ready for their next (or first) Web site redesign by providing insights into the latest design trends in higher education as well as guidance and advice.

On Feb. 19, Stewart Foss, Web services manager at Grant MacEwan College and founder of EduStyle, will discuss “Top Trends in Higher Ed Redesigned Web Sites.” On Feb. 20, Seth Meranda, assistant director for Interactive Media at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, will discuss “How to Make the Case and Prepare Your Next Redesign” and on Feb. 21 Nancy Prater, Ball State University Web coordinator, will discuss “How to Survive a Web Site Redesign.”
